I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and phobias in individual sessions. Available in-person at my London, Ontario office or virtually across Ontario, Nova Scotia, and British Columbia.
My approach is integrative — I tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities rather than applying a single method.
Whether it shows up as worry, physical tension, panic, or avoidance, anxiety can be exhausting. We will work to understand the roots of your anxiety and build sustainable tools for calm.
Past experiences do not have to define your present. Using EMDR, ART, and Deep Brain Reorienting, we gently guide difficult memories into the past so you can live more fully in the now.
Phobias are more than fear — they can quietly shrink your world. Together, we will work at your pace to reduce the intensity of specific fears and expand what feels possible for you.

Using EMDR, ART, and Deep Brain Reorienting, we guide past experiences through reprocessing so their charge is reduced and they become integrated memory.
With the past behind you, we focus on engaging fully in the present — clarifying values, strengthening relationships, and stepping into a fuller life.
